75 School Buses Prepared for Second Stage Face-to-face Learning

We hope to serve more students to school

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) has prepared as many as 75 school buses in order to provide pick-up and drop-off services for students who will take part in the second limited face-to-face learning (PTM)

Jakarta Dishub Head, Ali Murthadho disclosed those buses started to operate at 4:30 AM to 5:30 PM during PTM. Hence, students were urged to use them when going to or from school.

For the safety and comfort of students, he explained, all buses were certainly clean already after being disinfected and cleaned.

"We hope to serve more students to school," he said, Wednesday (6/9).

He added the bus itself would be on standby in 150 schools that applied the PTM. Its operation followed the needs of the school.

"In the bus, we have provided hand sanitizer and masks, seats are also arranged at a distance from each other," he stated.
